Our objectives are:

To enhance the public understanding of budget processes and allocations through demystifying budget documents.
To engage with governments for budget-sector reforms including increased citizens participation in decision making.
To identify gaps in transparency and accountability mechanisms in the budget processes and documents and suggesting ways for improvement.
To provide technical support to civil society, network partners and elected representatives.
To act as a resource centre for budget-related research and analysis for national and international audience.
